to meet your expectations, you may return it within 10 business days,
unaltered, for a refund or exchange, less any shipping charges.
Custom CNC fabricated parts & services, Truss Rod Covers, Inlay Sets, Personalized Inlays, and
one-of-a-kind products are non returnable.
If we make a mistake with your order, we will correct the error at no charge.
If your order was damaged in shipment,contact us for instructions. Save
the original carton, packing material and damaged goods for inspection
by the carrier.
All the products we sell are stocked in our warehouse, and we take great pride
in packing all shipments. Product availability is posted for each product. We
are dedicated to fast friendly service and same-day shipping.
Secure web shopping is guaranteed. Your credit card safety is assured
through SSL encryption. Once your order has been processed your credit
card number has been removed from our system.

USA Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days.
All orders received by 12 noon MST, ship the same day. In the US,
"Standard Shipping" should take between 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri).
"International Postal" shipping takes 1-4 weeks.

International Orders:
All International orders are processed using PayPal, MasterCard, or Visa. International shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package, the shipping method, and the destination. The actual cost of shipping will be calculated and added when your order is shipped. A shipping quote will be emailed to you, and we will await your approval before shipping. These costs do not include your country's customs fees, taxes or duties.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to air shipping regulations, we are not able to ship
flammable products by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day service or to
locations outside of the U.S. These items will be shipped UPS
ground to U.S. locations only.
Flammable items are lacquers, solvents, and some adhesives.
If an item cannot be shipped by air, it will be noted on
the item's page.
Pennsylvania Sales Tax:
If your order is being shipped to an address in Pennsylvania (where we are located),
we must collect a state sales tax of 6.0% of your merchandise value. This will be
calculated automatically on the order form. If you are registered with the state
as a business, and have an exemption certificate on file with us, please let us
know in the "comments" section of the checkout page, and we will make sure the
tax is not charged.
